昨天下午的Common Library的讨论，主要是再次评审代码检查的标准。 现在把评审通过的代码检查标准v1.0 的文件发布出来。

大家可以依照这个check list中的内容检查一下，看看自己开发的代码是否符合标准，有不符合的要配合项目组想办法改进。如果大家对这个代码检查的标准有什么问题和意见，可以在此留言，或直接给我反馈。
